Privacy & website information

How inquiries, website usage information, and client records are handled.

Effective October 27, 2026

Who operates this website

Patel Tax Advisors operates this website to explain our services and receive inquiries. For website privacy questions, contact info@pateltaxadvisors.com. This notice describes the public website; an accepted engagement and the secure client portal may involve additional terms and obligations.

Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form requests your name, email, optional phone number and business name, the type of help needed, relevant timing, a general financial range where applicable, and a short description. We use that information to evaluate fit, urgency and scope, communicate with you, and consider an engagement. Submitting a form does not establish a client relationship or mean that we have accepted responsibility for a deadline.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, identification documents, tax returns, passwords, or other highly sensitive records through this public form or ordinary email. Existing clients should use the designated secure client portal for confidential records.

Form processing and communications

The inquiry form is provided by Tally. Completed responses are stored in the form service and generate an email notification to the firm's receiving inbox. Tally and the firm's email provider therefore process inquiry information. We use the submitted details to respond and manage the inquiry. Do not include information about another person unless you are authorized to share it.

Website hosting and analytics

Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as network addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times. Optional website analytics help us understand page usage and whether visitors reach or complete the inquiry process.

Our custom website events record page paths and actions, such as opening the intake or completing an embedded inquiry. Our website analytics integration does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or submission identifiers as event properties. The form service still receives the information you submit, and hosting providers may retain technical logs separately. These systems are not a guarantee of anonymity or absolute security.

Vercel website analytics and master opt-out

The control below is available when JavaScript is enabled. Your browser privacy settings may also block optional analytics.

Your choice is stored only in this browser. This control does not disable essential hosting/security logs or the separate processing needed to operate a form or client portal. We also honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by not enabling optional website analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to our public pages, email or telephone link clicks, opening the consultation intake, and confirmed completion of the embedded inquiry. Opening the intake is not a completed inquiry. Google Analytics remains off until you choose Allow below. Declining does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and technical identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions, and Google processes technical information such as browser/device details and network addresses. This is not anonymous processing. We configure our integration to send only approved public page paths, a limited search-engine referrer domain, and fixed action labels—not raw URL queries or fragments, full referrer URLs, form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax information, or submission identifiers. We do not enable advertising signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, user IDs, user-provided data collection, or session replay.

Your Google Analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can withdraw below; withdrawal stops future Google Analytics collection from this integration and removes its first-party analytics cookies in this browser. It does not erase information already processed by Google. We also respect your existing website analytics opt-out, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Essential hosting/security logs, our existing Vercel analytics control, and separate form or client-portal processing are described elsewhere in this notice. See Google’s privacy policy.

Service providers and external links

Our current website uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Tally for public inquiry forms, and Firm360 for the linked client portal. Fonts and embedded services can make requests to their own providers. Their privacy terms also apply when you use their services. Review Vercel's privacy policy and Tally's privacy policy. External websites and portals are not controlled by this public website.

Access, retention, and your requests

Inquiry information is intended for authorized firm personnel and service providers supporting the inquiry process. We retain information as needed to evaluate and respond to inquiries, manage an accepted relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable obligations. Retention needs differ by the type of record; permanent access is not promised.

You may contact the firm to ask about information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping duties before acting. Do not send confidential identifiers as part of the initial request.

Security and updates

We use access controls and encrypted connections for the public website and keep confidential client records separate from public pages. No internet service can promise that every security risk has been eliminated. Please contact us if you believe information was submitted in error or notice a security concern. This notice may be updated as services or practices change.
